The fee includes access to plenary sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunch on conference day(s).The above-mentioned fee does not include accommodation and travel costs.


After you fill in and submit the Registration form you will be contacted by a conference manager and provided with an Invoice, which you can pay either by a bank transfer or with a credit card.

Participation Terms

Your registration can be transferred to a member of your company at no extra cost up to 24 hours in advance of the conference.

To cancel registration, notice must be sent in writing using one of the methods of contact listed below. Such cancelations will result in a refund (less 100 administrative charge), provided the request is received by the cancelation deadline of February 24, 2017. No refunds will be made after this date.

At that, only registration fee will be refunded. Should you bear any other costs (travel or accommodation, for example), they will remain your sole responsibility.
